Born in Nigeria and raised in a suburb of Atlanta, Ga, as a child, if she wasn’t writing fan fiction or buried in a book, she was lost amongst the stacks of the local library. It was a nice distraction from her other love – life as a band nerd (clarinets rule!). A Georgia girl to her core, she now spends her days writing Southern-tinged, YA Fantasy featuring diverse characters with big problems.
